Fast Like a Girl Program
12 Months

You may have more than 50lbs to lose, may have a diagnosed autoimmune condition, infertility or PCOS, and need more time to learn how to create a metabolically flexible body and lose the weight.  Insulin resistance is most likely a factor, so taking time to train your body to balance your blood sugar will be a primary starting point.

 

Throughout the course of this program, we will be diving deep into subjects such as fasting techniques, diet variation, ketosis, ancient healing strategies, detoxing, gut repair, and re-balancing, and much more!

Our Coaching Sessions

Each time we meet, we will review 9 different areas, and set goals for you based on:

  • Your eating and fasting windows,

  • weekly variations for fasting and eating,

  • desired food style and

  • preparation guidance,  

  • glucose and ketone levels (when using glucose and keto monitors), movement,

  • environmental toxins and opening detox pathways,

  • emotional stressors,

  • supplements and other “biohacks” when necessary, and

  • set a core target for each week/month

  • Learn your Neurotoxic Load and how to decrease it

  • "Metabolically Switch" to burn fat effectively

  • Fast Like a Girl to effectively support your hormones

  • Learn what foods support a healthy metabolism

  • Learn how your foods affect your blood sugar

  • Lose the stubborn weight and increase energy!

What to Expect

We are in this together. We will meet live together for one hour twice a month the first two months and once a month each month after that. You will have access to me daily if you would like. I am here to give guidance and encouragement as much or as little as you would like- you set the tone.

What NOT to Expect

As with anything that is worth it, there is effort required. If you are coachable and open to doing things differently than you have in the past, and you communicate with me, you will succeed.  This is about empowering YOU to take your health back. I am your guide, your mentor and your coach. It is up to you to take what you learn and apply it to your life. This is a sustainable program that will serve you for the rest of your life when you plug in, learn about your body, and apply what you learn to your own journey. This is YOUR program!
